The BPXSP beltpack is designed for outdoor use, featuring a sunlight-readable backlit LCD and large, sealed buttons for operation in damp conditions or with gloves. This compact, sturdy Ethernet network digital intercom system enables easy and immediate communication across four direct channels. Its four prominent buttons can serve solely as talk buttons or a mix of talk and call functions (in 2/2 or 3/1 configurations). Buttons function with a quick tap to switch (latch) modes, and a prolonged press for momentary voice connection (push-to-talk). Users can access an expanded Channel mode, offering entry to all 32 channels via a straightforward key combination.
The display shows text messages, cues, call signs, and status updates in various settings. Red/white flashing alerts signal incoming calls and an optional alarm tone is available for urgent notifications. The device also includes two versatile encoders for adjusting volume and other settings directly on the unit or through the complimentary Green-GO Control Software.
