Of particular note is their new 18GHz phase matched Rf over Fibre product and also their success with 5G systems.
Two new wireless encoding products from Kiloview that are about to hit the market.
Riedel have released their new ‘Bolero Connect’ app which integrates the Punqtum range into Bolero. This is a very cost effective way to adding intercom panels to a standalone Bolero system.
Sales Update:
Over the last year or so we have been working very hard in the background with our CRM partners to migrate our E-Commerce, CRM and Inventory management into one single platform! Well I am happy to announce that we are in the final throws of implementing all of it.
A few weeks ago, we did soft launch of our new E-Commerce website with hundreds more products than before, with allot more coming as well!
By June 30 we will be turning on stock management so our live inventory will be visible on our website. This means that when you order you have will great confidence that the kit is actually on the shelf and not weeks or months away.
As always if you cannot find what you are looking for, please reach out to the team so we can provide with a solution.
We have recently taken orders for several Calrec Argo consoles which will be deployed over the coming months. This is super exciting for the team given the first Argo’s on the planet were sold into Australia to NEP last year.
We do have a working Type R system in demo as well for anyone curious about their small form factor consoles for radio or TV.
We have delivered a custom-built Optical Delay Line product to one of the Defence primes along with a pair of medium sized Rf over Fibre solutions in the mining community for two way radio systems.
Team18 have also taken delivery of their new Bolero/Kenwood rack that we upgraded between the NZ and Perth rounds. These upgrades will improve the audio quality, Rf performance and flexibility in the system.
Recent two way radio upgrades for one of our Space industry customers has also kept us busy in the run up to EOFY. We will have an in-depth story on this project and customer in our next newsletter.
MD’s report:
Motorsport Support Packages have been a hot topic over the last month or so with staff taking calls just about every weekend to support several categories outside of Supercars.
Going forward we will be offering service level agreements for teams to access support on weekends and out of hours. This is to help manage staff workload and ensure their time off is time off plus also help the business plan for more staff to provide these support services.
To be clear this will be remote support as we only have boots on the ground at Supercars rounds to support those customers. These smaller support packages will be priced competitively, we will also offer a ‘do and charge’ model for people who need urgent help on weekends. These calls will be charged as a minimum three-hour call fee in line with many other industries offering out of hours support.
If this is something you are interested in discussing please give me a call to discuss..
In other news, I can’t tell you how relieved I am that we are finally at the end of the E-Commerce, CRM, Inventory project. I have taken considerable resource, time and money to get us where we are now. Thanks to CloudyCode, StoreConnect, Natalie Craig and the entire team for their efforts.
On a personal note, I have been asked to mentor the team from Pacific Hills Christian College and their F1 in schools program (https://www.f1inschools.com/). This school have been very successful in their programs over previous years and now look forward to taking the world on in this year’s challenge.
As we close out the financial year I would like thank all of our customers and brand partners for their support over the last twelve months. We will be heading over to IBC again in September should anyone like to meet up or be shown through of the brands we represent.
Thank you!
Jason Owen
