The D2N RAN-3500Q Double-Sided Noise Cancelling Headset comes with one TA5 connector, which can be matched with a radio cable to connect a single unit. There is a single PTT button on the headset cup for activating the device. The microphone boom arm can be rotated to allow the headset to be worn on either the left or right side.
