The Entel DX485 is a professional-grade digital two-way radio designed for organisations that require reliable, business-critical communications in demanding environments. Part of the Entel DX400 Series, the DX485 combines robust construction, advanced DMR functionality and industry-leading audio performance in a compact handheld radio.
Featuring both analogue and DMR digital operation, the DX485 supports up to 99 channels across 8 zones, making it suitable for multi-site operations, security teams, facilities management, industrial worksites and other professional users. With up to 3 watts of powerful digital audio, users benefit from exceptionally clear voice communications, even in high-noise environments.
Designed for harsh operating conditions, the DX485 is IP68-rated for full submersion and meets MIL-STD 810 construction standards for durability against shock, vibration, dust and moisture. Advanced safety features, including Lone Worker, optional Man-Down capability, and emergency alarm functionality, help protect personnel working in challenging or isolated environments.
The radio also includes a high-contrast OLED display, text messaging, group and individual calling, multiple receive groups and support for optional AES 256-bit encryption and IP Site Roaming licences.
